What is your grain mill gap setting I have a Crankenstein 2D two roller mill. I have the gap set to .035" and get a lot of flour and I m having a lot of stuck sparges even when using 100 barley malt. Next time I m going to run my grist through twice at .050" and see how it looks and works. I heard somewhere that brew shop standard is .045
